These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial inquiries, quotations, custom OEM/ODM manufacturing, sample approvals, and bulk export shipments provided by Zumshan Instruments ("we," "our," or "us"), located in Sialkot, Pakistan, to our global clients ("buyer," "distributor," or "customer").
1. Quotations and Order Acceptance
All official price quotations are provided in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP) on EXW, FOB, or C&F/CIF terms as agreed. A production order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of formal written purchase orders (PO) and the agreed advance deposit.
2. Custom OEM, ODM, and Laser Marking
We offer full OEM and private-label contract manufacturing. The buyer warrants that any brand logos, trademarks, and design patterns provided for laser marking, stamping, or packaging do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Custom tooling, dies, and prototypes remain protected under client confidentiality.
3. Material Standards and Quality Control
All surgical, dental, beauty, and veterinary instruments are manufactured in Sialkot using certified medical-grade stainless steel (AISI 410, 420, 304, or German/French equivalents as specified). Each production run undergoes rigorous quality inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, passivation, and boiling tests prior to dispatch to prevent rust and corrosion.
4. Samples and Prototyping
Product samples can be manufactured upon request for evaluation. Sample production costs and express international freight charges (via DHL, FedEx, or UPS) shall be borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing. Sample charges may be credited against subsequent bulk production orders.
5. Payment Terms
Standard B2B export terms require an initial advance deposit upon order confirmation to initiate material procurement and machining, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch or against presentation of export shipping documents (B/L, Air Waybill). Accepted payment methods include Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union, and approved International Bank Transfer.
6. Packaging and Worldwide Shipping
Goods are packed in protective medical-grade poly-sleeves, blister packaging, or customized presentation kits, and then placed into heavy-duty master export cartons. Consignments are dispatched via commercial air freight, ocean freight, or door-to-door express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Delivery times provided are estimates and subject to international customs clearance procedures.
7. Claims and Warranty
We guarantee all instruments against material flaws and manufacturing defects. Any claims regarding discrepancies, transit damage, or specification issues must be reported in writing within 15 business days of consignment delivery, supported by photographic or video evidence. Defective items will be replaced or credited in subsequent orders upon verification.
